It turns out that Bert and Ernie from Sesame Street are well-versed in Canadiana. So much so, in fact, a new video shows them singing along to "If I Had $1000000" by Barenaked Ladies in a game of "song association."
The game series — which appears on Elle's YouTube channel — gets a variety of artists to sing the first song that comes to mind when they hear a specific word. When their word prompt was "million," Bert launched into the BNL classic with Ernie quickly following suit in an adorable duet.
Steven Page has since caught wind of the video, taking to Twitter to call it the "greatest thing that's ever happened" to him, and we really can't blame him — the whole thing is incredibly wholesome. Watch it below.
Throughout the video, Bert and Ernie also associate the word "friend" with Randy Newman's "You've Got a Friend in Me," "time" with "A Hazy Shade of Winter" by Simon & Garfunkel, and "dream" with the Everly Brothers' "All I Have to Do is Dream."
