The start of Victoria's Rifflandia festival is five months off from now, but organizers are stirring up interest in the bash early with some lineup announcements. A first wave of artists heading out to Rifflandia has been revealed to include reunited indie rockers Wolf Parade, among others.

Rifflandia is once again set to take place at various venues across Victoria, this year from September 15 to 18. The final bill will feature over 100 acts, but for now it's been revealed that the roster also includes Michael Franti & Spearhead, We Are the City, X Ambassadors, Band of Skulls, Coleman Hell, spoken word artist Shane Koyczan, Jesse Roper, Goldfish, Tennyson, Michael Bernard Fitzgerald, and Entangados.

More artists will be unveiled in the coming months.

Tickets went on sale today (April 15), with a four-day super pass available for $165, plus service charges. This grants you access to clubs and the all-day outdoor performances at Royal Athletic Park. A VIP option is available for $295.
