Vancouver electronic label More Than Human has announced it's calling it quits.

More Than Human's Gareth Moses broke the sad news this morning, revealing the label will be no more after nearly a decade of operations.

Ran alongside Mathew Griffiths, the vinyl-geared More Than Human released a series of albums highlighting both Vancouver electronic artists and experimental figures from abroad. Among in its releases were those by the likes of Pye Corner Audio, Jon Brooks, the Passenger and Boreal Network. In 2014, More Than Human also released Nidemonex by late Cluster legend Dieter Moebius.

"It's been brilliant to work with all these amazing artists, musicians and designers that have been part of More Than Human in the last eight years," Moses tells Exclaim! "I've loved putting out their work on vinyl too. But sadly it's time to move on. Thanks to all who have supported us."
