The band that once invaded Apple users' iTunes libraries are now set to invade a Canadian arena. According to employees at Place Bell in Laval, QC, U2 have selected the venue as their rehearsal space.

The band, venue and promoters have yet to confirm the rumours, but several employees at Place Bell have told the Canadian Press that Irish rockers are indeed practising at the Laval venue.

Some reports from Twitter point out that an Upstaging truck was spotted on the premises of Place Bell; the company has previously provided transportation and lighting services to U2 on past tours.

The group notably rehearsed in Vancouver during the lead-up to last year's tour celebrating the 30th anniversary of The Joshua Tree.

Bono and co. are currently in the midst of preparations for their "eXPERIENCE + iNNOCENCE Tour," which begins on May 2 in Tulsa, OK. Included on the upcoming jaunt are back-to-back shows at Bell Centre in Montreal on June 5 and 6.

U2's most recent studio album arrived last year with Songs of Experience. It followed 2014's Songs of Innocence.
