​Twitter Is Obsessed with Shawn Mendes Struggling to Take His Shirt Off at NFL Performance

Shawn Mendes performed at the NFL's kickoff last night (September 6) in Philadelphia, but in addition to delivering a string of his hit songs, the Canadian pop star also turned himself into a meme.

Before Mendes launched into "Where Were You in the Morning," the 20-year-old tried to take off his shirt. But despite the screams of encouragement from the tweens in the audience, the singer seriously struggled with removing his top layer.
 
Naturally, Twitter noticed and has been having a field day with the adorably awkward moment. Even Mendes himself admitted that "it was IMPOSSIBLE to take off!"
