In their debut CD Echo Parcourse, Trio Electrico’s Peter Heider, one half of Boozoo Bajou, DJ Ekki Elétrico and Peter Hoppe, combine Latin, break beat and house influences into a fine and funky collection of dance floor-driven nu-jazz tracks. Producing a rich, organic and authentic sound, layering soulful blues and upbeat jazz riffs over understated house rhythms and languid mid-tempo grooves, the trio prove themselves audio craftsman.
