It must be tough to be the perpetually swamped former DMC champ A-Trak. While there's no question that rocking the party the way he does would never get old, that man keeps one packed schedule. Besides releasing the Infinity +1 mix and another for the Fabriclive series, the DJ born Alain Macklovitch has now announced a ginormous world tour.
Deliciously known as the "10,000lb Hamburger Tour," the outing sees Trak playing his share of shows overseas, including a stop in China tonight (May 28), as well as stops in Spain, Brazil, and Argentina. From there, he'll spend a portion of June touring the U.S. with MSTRKRFT, before meeting up with Rye Rye in July for a massive North American tour that will include Canadian stops in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal.
One can only hope that this addiction to work will pass on to his girlfriend Kid Sister, who still hasn't turned in her debut album that was due almost a year ago.
