The singer says the show was delayed at the border even though she was posting to Instagram nonstop

In opening up about her struggles with social anxiety earlier this month, Summer Walker cancelled a number of her tour dates ahead of a lone Canadian stop in Toronto last night (November 25). However, plenty of fans in the city walked away disappointed after the singer-songwriter showed up late for her performance, posting on social media all the while.

Walker was set to play Toronto's Rebel last night on her "The First and Last Tour" and was expected to take the stage at 10 p.m. Despite doors opening two hours prior, attendees were having enough trouble getting into the venue and soon took to Twitter to voice their displeasure with the lengthy wait in the cold temperature.

After snapping a few photos backstage with Drake, Walker reportedly took the stage a little after 11 p.m. and allegedly performed for under an hour.

UPDATE (11/27, 3 p.m. EST): Walker has now attempted to further explain the cause of the delay via Instagram Live. You can read more about that here.

Walker is touring behind her debut Over It, which arrived in October. Earlier this year, Drake lent a guest verse to a remix of her "Girls Need Love."
