He fled the scene, according to police, leaving his bags behind. The rapper eventually returned to the airport the next day (October 2) with a lawyer in tow. He was given a citation for misdemeanour possession of a loaded handgun in a public place and released.
Too $hort is now due in court on November 3.
This isn't the first time that the MC has attempted to flee the scene. He was arrested last year when he was pulled over on suspicion of driving under the influence and then attempted to run away from the cops.
