Last year, Tom Jones delivered 41st studio album Surrounded By Time, and he's now announced plans to bring it to North America on tour later in 2022.
This September and October, the celebrated Welsh singer will play 15 dates on the continent following a summer tour of Europe. Two of those stops come in Canada, while a one-off show with Van Morrison goes down September 10 in Forest Hills, NY.
On September 19, Jones will play Toronto's legendary Massey Hall, ahead of a date at Montreal's Théâtre St-Denis on September 21.
Tickets for Jones' North American tour go on sale April 22 at 10:00 a.m. local time, though a Live Nation pre-sale can be accessed April 21 with the code ROADIE. Further details can be found via Ticketmaster.
Jones's Surrounded By Time sees him singing songs penned by Bob Dylan, Cat Stevens/Yusuf Islam, Terry Callier, Michael Kiwanuka and more. It was given a deluxe edition rereleases last December, and debuted at number one in the United Kingdom upon its initial release, making Jones the oldest male to earn a No. 1 UK album.
