The Strokes are the latest indie rockers to "feel the Bern," as they've signed on to perform at an upcoming rally for Democratic nominee hopeful Bernie Sanders.

The New York band will perform at the Get Out the Vote Concert Rally on February 10 in Durham, NH.

"We are honoured to be associated with such a dedicated, diligent and trustworthy patriot — and fellow native New Yorker," frontman said Julian Casablancas in a statement. "As the only truly non-corporate candidate, Bernie Sanders represents our only chance to overthrow corporate power and help return America to democracy. This is why we support him."

The Strokes join a long line of other musicians who have publicly endorsed Sanders, including Bon Iver and Vampire Weekend, Jack White, Killer Mike and Cardi B.

The Strokes also recently announced a handful of upcoming North American shows, including one in Vancouver with Alvvays.

They're expected to release a new album later this year.
