In late December, the Killers shared a tracklisting for a follow-up to last year's Imploding the Mirage, and it appears guitarist Dave Keuning will come back into the fold ahead of the new effort's release.
An in-studio Instagram Live session last week (archived below) finds Keuning back with frontman Brandon Flowers, bassist Mark Stoermer and drummer Ronnie Vannucci Jr., and also features a snippet of new music.
Imploding the Mirage marked the Killers' first album without co-founder Keuning, who took an indefinite hiatus from the band in 2017. The guitarist would make his solo debut as Keuning with Prismism in 2019.
Of the new material, Flowers told NME last August that another album would arrive approximately 10 months after Imploding the Mirage.
"You know when someone makes a record and they say that they have 50 songs and they're going to release another record? Well, we really are!" he said. "We're going to release another one in about 10 months. I'm excited. It might be better than this one."
