Long-running Saskatchewan folk outfit the Karpinka Brothers will return with a new album titled Talk Is Cheap in a few months time, but they're already teasing it with a new track called "You're Worth It."
The LP was recorded at Hotel2Tango in Montreal with producer Howard Bilerman, and it's described by the band as their most "realized and expansive" offering yet.
Building on classic folk and '60s pop influences, the band deliver both a sincere sound and positive message. That's encapsulated on "You're Worth It," which blends peppy pop-rock instrumentation with infectious "sha-la-la" harmonies to convey an empowering, optimistic musical love letter.
Talk Is Cheap arrives on September 15. Listen to "You're Worth It" below.
