Just over a week removed from the release of the Field's new full-length, The Follower, the Stockholm electronic artist is teasing the collection with yet another live recording. This time, you can sample the in-concert sounds of the upcoming album's "Raise the Dead."
A tranquil exploration in dance music minimalism, the live version was recorded during a set in Berlin. Here, the Field (a.k.a. Axel Willner) works a chill groove of house-style hi-hats, airy synth ambiance and more.
Though the solemn and subdued piece doesn't exactly have the Field kicking up dust, you can check out "Raise the Dead" below.
As previously reported, The Follower arrives April 1 via Kompakt Records.
