Ten Benson

I never thought I'd live to hear such an accurate impersonation of Danko Jones's big heavy groove rock with absolutely none of the soul or charm. According to their bio, everybody at the BBC radio loves these Ten Benson guys, but with zero originality and a terrible fake hick shtick, these Brits have little chance of doing much outside of their own country. It's just plain weird hearing early/mid-Danko production, riffs, beats and arrangements so closely mimicked. Just compare Danko's "Samuel Sin" to Benson's "One Way Ticket" and you too will feel like emailing the Danko legal team to look into this a little more closely. File this under "whatever.”
