Today is release day for Naughty Dog's hugely anticipated The Last of Us Part II, and to help give the launch a little extra musical push, Tash Sultana has covered the Shawn James song "Through the Valley," which first accompanied the PlayStation game's trailer.
Down below, you can watch Sultana take on the heart-breaking folk number, with the Australian songwriter delivering the song via an intimate video.
"This is the first time I've done a collab like this," Sultana said. "Usually, it's kinda just like writing sessions with other musos but this is for a game and it's different as it's not my usual style to venture into so I'm completely honoured to be asked to do something like this. I can't wait to see it in the game world."

The Last of Us Part II is out now on PS4, featuring a soundtrack once again helmed by Gustavo Santaolalla. While Mac Quayle also contributes several tracks to the OST, Tash Sultana is not included in the official digital release.
