Squarepusher's 2010 effort, Shobaleader One: d'DEMONSTRATOR saw Tom Jenkinson immerse himself in a series of solo bass journeys and electronic fusion-jazz hybrids, for better or worse. But it sounds as the IDM hero will be returning to his electronics for his next album Ufabulum, which will be out on March 15 May 15 through Warp.
An extremely vague press release doesn't contain much information, but Squarepusher mastermind Tom Jenkinson said in a statement, "I've started thinking about pure electronic music again. Something very melodic, very aggressive."
