Sophie Allison, a.k.a. Soccer Mommy, is back with news of her follow-up to 2022's Sometimes, Forever. Fourth studio album Evergreen arrives October 25 via Loma Vista Recordings.

The album, made by Allison at Maze Studios in Atlanta, finds the artist enlisting producer Ben H. Allen III to facilitate organic production and the recording of "real flutes and real strings" over synths. According to press materials, Evergreen was conceived in the wake of a profound and personal loss. On it, Allison "sings to shadows and ghosts ... [and] recognizes that staying so devoted to something that's gone could be a problem, but for right now, it's the best she's got."

Following the release of album cut "Lost," which we heard back in June, the new album is further previewed by "M," which arrives alongside an Anna Pollack-directed music video. Watch that below.

As of press time, Soccer Mommy's tour dates are limited to the US, though more tour news is apparently coming soon, so stay tuned.
