Toronto death metal wrecking crew Six of Swords are ready to throw you headfirst into their Polar Vortex, with the entirety of the band's new EP now streaming online.
We'd previously been privvy to opening cut "Separation at the Seams," described by Exclaim! as a "dizzying flurry of incendiary blasts and slashed-throat gurglings." Now, you can enjoy the terrifying title track, which blitzes by via a series of descending hammer-ons and skull-stomping blast beats, as well as the claustrophobic collusion of double-kick damage and chugging riffs on "Lock the Cell," and closing Christ-condemner "Secular World."
Flirting with elements of Cannibal Corpse, Obituary, Autopsy and more, you'll find Six of Swords new EP down below. A physical edition will arrive later down the line via Sorrow Carrier Records.
