SING! The Toronto International Vocal Arts Festival will host its celebration of vocal music once again in 2023, with concerts and workshops returning to the city from May 29 to June 4.

Canada's premier a cappella festival will hold its 11th edition across various venues in Toronto, with events for singers of all ages and experience — including free concerts, like Beatsync & the Six/Four's performance at Nathan Phillips Square on May 30.

Other performers include Mezzotono, Acapoetry, Naturally 7 (with opener Asian Riffing Trio), Countermeasure, the Kinsey Sicks' Drag Queen Storytime Gone Wild! and many more.

Meanwhile, workshops on running your own teaching practice, home recording, ASL interpretation of music, building a successful choir, vocal health, songwriting, funding your project, music publishing, social media and more will be held concurrently.

"Just like a cappella music itself, the SING! community transcends musical styles and genres," SING! manager and co-founder J-M Erlendson said in a statement. "We're committed to showcasing the power of the voice for vocal music lovers of all backgrounds, ages, and budgets. There's truly something for everyone."

SING! co-manager Patricia Silver added, "Since SING!'s inception, one of our priorities has been to feature performers at various points in their careers, from community choirs to global superstars. We're proud to have brought attention to a number of a cappella groups as they were getting started, helping them gain prominence in Canada and internationally."

Discounted festival passes for arts workers/students and VIP packages are currently on sale for $75 and $150 plus fees, respectively, at the festival's website, where you can also see SING!'s full programming calendar. You can also purchase a workshop pass for $50 or at the discounted rate of $25.
