Brooklyn-based recording project San Fermin experienced some bad luck recently when their gear and touring trailer were stolen following a show in Portland. But things are looking up for the nine-piece ensemble, as they've scored director Dan Huiting (Bon Iver, Colin Stetson) to throw some music video magic their way for debut album cut "Daedalus (What We Have)." Now you can watch the clip's Canadian premiere in the player below.
For the grandiose orch-pop number, Huiting's visual storytelling takes an introspective turn, showing a confused teenager escaping from his suburban nightmare and going on an adventure at the local watering hole. Joined by a crew of wandering children adorned with some self-administered face paint, the Peter Pan-meets-Lord of the Flies crew can be seen escaping their parentage and throwing caution to the wind as they dive merrily into a local gorge.

San Fermin is out now via MapleMusic/Downtown Records.
