San Fermin

"Daedalus (What We Have)"

BY Brock ThiessenPublished Aug 19, 2013

As we edge towards the release date of San Fermin's self-titled debut album, the Brooklyn-based project has once again given us a little teaser, this time via the epic track "Daedalus (What We Have)."

While the song starts off inconspicuously enough, it slowly but surely builds into a big blast of grandiose orch-pop, complete with horns, strings, keys and singer Allen Tate's bruised vocal musings. It's grower, for sure, and gives you plenty of high-reaching sonics to wrap your ears around.

Listen to the song for yourself below.

San Fermin arrives on September 17 via MapleMusic/Downtown Records, and the project will head out on a North American tour next month. See the schedule below and note the trio of Canadian dates.
