Blending early Jawbreaker with some Crimpshrine and Fifteen, these Montrealers may not have come up with the most original sound, but it rocks nonetheless. It captures the right level of sincerity that many emo-type bands have trouble pulling off. There's 11 songs in all, with the last two being acoustic, which adds a nice balance to this decent debut. This could be the soundtrack for a punk rock coming of age story. Hopefully, they won't break up any time soon, because they show promise of better things to come.
