Although Rococode have yet to follow up their 2012 album Guns, Sex & Glory, they have announced plans to release some new material, starting with "Banks."
This song comes from a batch of tunes recorded with producers Caleb Shreve (Phantogram, Wu-Tang Clan) and Ted Gowans (Tegan and Sara, Astronautalis), who also worked on a stand-alone single with the band last year. "Banks" is a celestial synth slow-burner with a mellow, contemplative electronic backbone.
