Rifflandia Adds Mother Mother, Flatbush Zombies, Chad VanGaalen

A third and final wave of artists floating over to Victoria's long-running Rifflandia festival this September has been announced, with acts now scheduled to appear including Vancouver pop-rock pros Mother Mother, kush-crazy New York rap unit Flatbush Zombies and Calgary's Chad VanGaalen.

As previously reported, this year's Rifflandia takes place at various venues across Victoria between September 17 and 20. The recent adds also include Hollerado, Jillionaire, Walshy Fire, Five Alarm Funk, Ben Rogers, Big Body, Dirty Radio, DJ Low, DJ Shrew, Emilie & Ogden, EMPlicit, Fans & Motor Supply Co., Gang Signs, LIINKS, Lori the HiFi Princess, Man Made Lake, Max Renn, Miami Nights 1984, Mr Moe, Mumdance, Philthkids, Phrase, Random Citizen, Rennie Foster, Sean Evans & Ryan Burke, Secret Sun, Self-Evident, Seven Year Old Poets, Sinistarr, Slim Sandy and many more.

As previously reported, this year's event will also feature performances from the likes of Modest Mouse, A Tribe Called Red, Hayden, Kiesza, Joey Bada$$, Frog Eyes, Blonde Redhead, Jazz Cartier, the Zolas, Chromeo, Julian Casablancas and the Voidz, Tacocat, Jay Malinowski & the Dead Coast, the Helio Sequence, Mat the Alien and more.

The standard "Super Pass" for all four days of Rifflandia is going for $165, plus service charges. The VIP Pass, which lets attendees "skip the line" at selected concerts and allows VIP Access to performances at Victoria's Royal Athletic Park, will cost you $295.
