Out-there rapper Riff Raff is apparently still sour with the makers of Spring Breakers for allegedly stealing his image and is now saying he plans to sue the creators of the film for $8 to $10 million.
Riff Raff made the claim outside of Hollywood's AV Club last night (July 15), telling a TMZ reporter that he plans to file suit, claiming that James Franco's character Alien was based on his own likeness, so he's entitled to some residuals.
"I haven't been compensated for the Spring Breakers interactment [sic] yet," the rapper said, adding, "I just need my money. It's like if I have a front yard. And you're planting soil and you're planting trees and building peaches and houses and selling parking lots on my property ... then I deserve to be compensated for some portion of that money."
Despite the proposed legal action against Spring Breakers, Riff Raff said that he's actually a fan of the flick, calling it a "great movie," and he is apparently eagerly awaiting a sequel.
Riff Raff's Neon Icon, meanwhile, is expected to drop later this year via Mad Decent. As previously reported, the LP is to feature guest spots from the likes of Drake, Wiz Khalifa, Mac Miller, A$AP Rocky, Snoop Dogg and more.
