We caught up with Rich Aucoin at Hillside Festival to capture his energetic live show and to talk about UFOs, haunted houses and confetti guns.
This video shows off Aucoin's range of talent. During the "Mixmasters" workshop, he hammers out a funky keyboard solo for a cover of the Band's "Shape I'm In," and later on you can watch him pump up the crowd at the Island Stage.
Walking around the festival grounds on Guelph Lake Island, Aucoin explains to Exclaim! TV how he wants his next record to feature supernatural elements. He also describes his ultimate vision of stagediving on a surfboard while a balloon filled with confetti explodes over the audience like the Death Star.
