Refused's The Shape of Punk to Come Gets Limited Blue Vinyl Pressing

Now that those pesky rumours about whether iconic punk/hardcore outfit Refused are going to reunite have been laid to rest (they aren't), the world of aggressive music can finally move forward with the consolation prize.

As announced late last month, Epitaph Records is in the process of reissuing the band's legendary 1998 swan-song, The Shape of Punk to Come. Few details were initially offered, but now the label has offered up a few more specs.

Mainly, the first pressing will be a double-LP set in blue vinyl and limited to 500 copies worldwide. If you plan on snagging one of these beauties, the only way to do it will be through the label's webstore, so you might want to get on that pre-ordering soon.

Along with the vinyl version, a deluxe edition of The Shape of Punk to Come will come as a triple-disc set featuring the full-length CD, a never-before-released live album and the documentary DVD Refused Are Fucking Dead.

A pile of purchase options are available, but all be released on June 8.
