The minds behind Record Store Day have once again unveiled the list of special releases for their annual Black Friday event, set to take place November 24.
This year's group of Black Friday RSD releases is highlighted by a collection of Lost Demos from Linkin Park, a rare reissue of Gil Scott-Heron and Brian Jackson's stunning Winter in America, anniversary reissues of albums by Dr. Dre (The Chronic), Digital Underground (The Body-Hat Syndrome) and Willie Nelson (Shotgun Willie), holiday recordings from My Morning Jacket and Sia, and a newly remastered edition of Death's Individual Thought Patterns.
Additionally, the list points to a wealth of live recordings from Coheed and Cambria, the Grateful Dead, Margo Price, the Doors, the Flaming Lips, Screaming Trees, All Time Low, Collective Soul, the late Justin Townes Earle and more.
While a list of national exclusives from Record Store Day Canada has yet to surface, Canadian artists featured in the American reveal include Joni Mitchell with a collection of Court and Spark Demos, Oscar Peterson's trio Live in Lugano, 1964, and BADBADNOTGOOD's recent New Heart Designs team-up with Turnstile.
Further titles come from De La Soul, Ultravox, Rob Zombie, Lil Wayne, Napalm Death, Goodie Mob, Noah Kahan, Jonas Brothers, Madlib, Post Malone, Kim Petras, Polo G and plenty others.
