Lately, Prairie Cat has been touring as a backing percussionist with Mounties, but the Vancouver pop songwriter known as Cary Pratt found some time while travelling through Europe to assemble a video for his own track, "On a Lamb."
The song is a quirky, extremely catchy cut from last year's Who Knows Where to Begin?, and the accompanying video was captured on a ferry cruise from Newcastle to Amsterdam. It was directed by Mounties member Steve Bays (also of Hot Hot Heat and Fur Trade) and shows Pratt hanging out on the deck while wearing a poncho, checking out the ship's entertainment facilities, and busting a move on a totally empty dancefloor.
