Pop Montreal has announced details for its sixth anniversary. Running from October 3 to 7 at various venues in the city of Montreal, the annual festival will feature another diverse assortment of music, film and visual art.
Exclaim! will present its own stage once again at the Ukranian Federation, featuring Final Fantasy (Oct. 4th), Grizzly Bear (5th), Ron Sexsmith (Oct. 6th) and Eric's Trip (Oct. 7th), among others. Some other performances to look out for include a special Jamaica to Toronto show featuring classic soul, funk and reggae, punk icon Patti Smith, a collaboration between legendary funk trombonist Fred Wesley and klezmer rapper SoCalled, and Cody ChesnuTT's first ever Canadian gig.
