The newest additions to Exclaim! TV not only serve us another healthy dose of punk rock courtesy of Garageland and host Sam Sutherland, but they also tone it down a bit for an intimate performance right in the Exclaim! office. So head over to the Exclaim! TV section now for all the latest videos.
Starting off with Garageland, we had a chat with Matt Collyer and Dave Cooper from Montreal ska kings the Planet Smashers (pictured). They told us about their upcoming new record, Descent into the Valley of the Planet Smashers, and how they've managed to keep going strong for so long. Oh, and there's a really cute dog in the video too.
Then Sutherland talked to Michigan's Fireworks about their fans, as well as got their reaction to being labelled as "popcore." Next, Alexisonfire's George Pettit took over hosting for a segment and spoke to Statues about their hometown of Sudbury, ON and the infamous puking legacy of drummer Jeff Houle.
Meanwhile, over in the Exclaim! lunch room, singer-songwriter Sean Rowe stopped by and played two of his songs live for us, including one unreleased track called "Joe's Cult," which is expected to be on his next album.
