We're still no sooner to learning just when Black Mountain leader Stephen McBean's Pink Mountaintops project will release a follow-up to 2009's Outside Love, but at least the group have announced a handful of tour dates that could potentially showcase some new tunes.
Earlier this fall, Pink Mountaintops unveiled a show schedule that had them playing in California this month and around Europe in November, but McBean and co. have now revealed they'll be giving the mother country some loving too. Following two New York-area shows in December, the band will hit up Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto and Vancouver. You can check the details down below.
While a new album has yet been properly announced, McBean told Exclaim! last year that he had been prepping a new record with former Delta 72 member/Cat Power collaborator Gregg Foreman on keyboards that was originally scheduled to drop summer 2012.
