On November 11, Pink Floyd will be releasing what is likely to be their last album in The Endless River. In the meantime, the band have shared the track "Allons-y (1)."
Unlike the previously shared "Louder Than Words," this two-minute track is one of the album's many instrumentals. It was recorded as part of the band's '93-'94 sessions featuring guitarist David Gilmour, drummer Nick Mason and keyboardist Rick Wright. It sounds even older than 20 years, since there's a distinct '80s flavour to these arena-sized leads and shimmering tones.
