Phosphorescent Announces Expanded Edition of 'Muchacho'

BY Josiah HughesPublished Oct 2, 2013

Matthew Houck's Phosphorescent project released their Muchacho album earlier this year. Now, they've decided to repackage it in an expanded edition.

The new release, called Muhacho De Lujo, features the entire original album. There's also a second disc with live performances of the songs taken from before the album was released. Recorded in London's St. Pancras Church, the stripped-down songs see Houck on guitar with Jo Schornikow on piano.

Muchacho De Lujo will be available digitally and as a double CD from Dead Oceans on October 29.
