Floating Points and Pharoah Sanders have come together for a new album called Promises. Recorded with the London Symphony Orchestra, the album arrives March 26 via Luaka Bop.
The nine-part Promises marks the first new music from Sanders in more than a decade. While a tracklist has yet to be revealed, an album trailer can be found below.
Floating Points' most recent studio album remains Crush, which Exclaim! named one of the 10 Best Dance and Electronic Albums of 2019. Last year, the producer also remixed a pair of Caribou songs and flipped Thundercat's "Fair Chance."
Promises is now available for pre-order.
