A couple of months ago, we reported that Swedish posters Peter Bjorn and John were prepping a much poppier follow-up to 2009's electro-tinged Living Thing. At the time, there wasn't too much info to go on, but drummer John Eriksson had said that it was going to be a "pure pop rock album."
There isn't much more to report at the moment, for instance the record has yet to be titled and its tracklisting is also currently unavailable, but at least we know when to expect the platter. Peter Bjorn and John's new album will be delivered March 29 courtesy of StarTime International.
Whatever it's called, we will be sure to whistle along to "Young Folks," whether they want us to or not.
