Hyped-up Brit rock combo Palma Violets have been gaining traction stateside thanks to a buzzed-about (and polarizing) debut album and expansive North American tour. Now the scrappy four-piece are taking things a step further with a video for their romantic ode to American rock'n'roll, "Rattlesnake Highway."
Sounding like a love child between the Libertines and Southern garage rockers the Black Lips, the UK quartet bang away in black and white at an increasingly raucous live performance, while shots of snake handling and old-timey guitar playing are interspersed throughout.
Check out the video in the player below, and don't forget to catch Palma Violets live at the final Canadian date of their current tour on October 15 at Vancouver's the Venue.
