When Emeralds broke up earlier this year, we sensed that this wouldn't be the last we heard from the members of the masterful electronic trio, since each has an array of prolific side-projects. Sure enough, John Elliott has shared an archival track called "Scanlon II" that he recorded under his Outer Space pseudonym.
Elliott's Outer Space project has yielding a massive stockpile of releases over the years, and this newly shared track dates back to 2010. Judging by the title, it's evidently a sequel to the song "Scanlon" from 2010's Outer Space. It's a seven-minute arpeggiator jam that's filled with atmospheric overdubs and live drumming.
