One Way Ride

Straight Up!

Before I espouse my view of this corporate piece of drivel, I offer a small preface: I thought after years of hammering out the same bloody formula - boring, artificially heavy, truncated and idiotic riff-laden paint-by-numbers doofus rock - that this type of music would finally die, being the complete black hole of musical boredom that it is. Then came the overwhelming popularity of Creed. So again I'm wrong, creatively impoverished rock is still good business. So here is another disc amongst the avalanche of corporate crap that couldn't offer a marginally original riff or melody if the world depended on it - a generic Creed if that is possible. Great listening for those in a coma.
