Vancouver noise punks Nü Sensae recently wrapped up a string of dates along the West Coast, but the skuzzy three-piece will be back on the road this summer just in time to support their upcoming Sundowning LP.
As previously reported, the album, the group's first with guitarist Brody McKnight, arrives August 7 through Suicide Squeeze. The outfit's next North American road trip starts up shortly beforehand, with the tour opener taking place August 4 at Calgary's Palomino. Other Canadian stops scheduled include Edmonton, Winnipeg, London, Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal. You can check out all the dates below.
You can also watch the group's ultra lo-fi video for gutter grunge cranker "Swim" at the bottom of the page. While we noted yesterday (June 27) that McKnight directed the vid, a press release reveals that the six-stringer's brother actually handled camera duties using a VHS camcorder they got at Value Village for $20. Presumably, the resourceful move freed up some extra cash for the kick-ass fog machine rental.
