Toronto hip-hop group Notes to Self have teamed up with Scion Sessions for a new mixtape, which is available to stream right now at Exclaim.ca.
The collective is composed of rappers Swamp Donkey and Roshin, producer-rapper Bronze One, turntablist DJ Dopey and writer/illustrator Elicser, but they'll be sharing the stage with Your Old Droog for the mixtape's upcoming launch show on February 21 at Toronto's Tattoo.
You'll have to hit up the show if you want to nab a physical cassette copy of Notes to Self's tape, but you can listen to it online now. The set features a DJ Dopey sampler of the group's most recent LP, 2013's Target Market [Recoil], as well as Book & Bronze's remixes of the group's "Backstreet Freestyle" Kendrick Lamar cover and "Numbers on the Board."
