And The Sadness Prevails...

With a title like that you'd think this would be some major emo epic. Not to say it isn't emo, it just isn't the saddest thing you're going to hear. These four SoCal teens draw on influences from Farside to Samiam and produce a sweet little record. The lyrics are laden with emo themes of loneliness and loss. A few of the standout tracks are "Stay," "The Waiting Hurt," "Solemn" and "Tribute" 3/4 11 songs in all, clocking in at a respectable 31 minutes.
