This Vancouver quintet counts a bunch of old punk/new wave bands amongst their influences and boasts a singer with a genuine British accent. And for guys in their 20s, they have the sound down pat. If you were drunk and at a party you'd think this was the Vibrators or the Toy Dolls, or maybe even the Buzzcocks. On "Gonna Run," they start with a riff reminiscent of Stiff Little Fingers' "Alternative Ulster." There are 13 tracks of bouncy, energetic punk bolstered by keyboards that get better with every listen.
