December 1 is shaping up to be a big day for Neil Young. Not only will he deliver The Visitor alongside Promise of the Real, but he'll also launch his massive online archive project. On top of all that, he's now revealed that he'll also perform a live set to mark the occasion.

Young will stream his performance on December 1 at 8 p.m. EST through CTV.ca and Facebook. The performance will take place at a currently undisclosed location somewhere in Canada.

"I will be playing for you on December 1st, and it will be my pleasure," Young wrote in a Facebook post. "Live from Canada and around the world to your Hometown. Thanks to all those who will make it happen by listening and watching."

Accompanying the note is a photo of a setlist sporting a number of tracks from Young's Harvest Moon LP, which is set to get its first North American vinyl release come Record Store Day's Black Friday event.

You can find Young's post below.

The Visitor is due out on December 1 via Reprise.
