Not far removed from returning to action with Operator, electronic duo MSTRKRFT have shared a remix of album cut "Runaway" done up by none other than Fall Out Boy's Patrick Stump.
Speaking with AltPress, Jesse F. Keeler and Al-P revealed that Stump had originally created two or three different remixes to "Runaway" for them to choose from.
"I think the one we chose, we chose it partially because it seemed like the strongest, but also because it didn't sound like anything else we had coming in, in terms of remixes from other people," Keeler told the site. "You want to keep your remixes pretty varied; you don't want to release a bunch of stuff that sounds the same."
Operator is out now through Last Gang. Hear Stump's remix of "Runaway" in the player below.
