Reportedly featuring sons of Pentecostal ministers, this Peterborough bands debut thankfully doesnt attempt to replicate the high-pitched religious wailings of Stryper. Instead, Money Money offer raspy rocknroll firmly affixed with sneers. Like a more energised version of the Headstones, Money Money offer fist-pumping tunes that emphasise attitude over substance. The groups musicians are adept players, but theres not an abundance of distinct material here to push the group above a sea of similar hard rock bands.
