Swedish electro-pop unit Miike Snow recently announced that their album Happy to You would arrive on March 27 through Downtown Records/Universal. It's only fitting, then, that the hard-touring band will be coming back to our shores this spring for a North American outing.
Following the obligatory stop at SXSW, the group will be embarking upon a run of shows that will take them to both coasts of the continent. In addition to appearances at Coachella and various U.S. cities, they will play Canadian stops in Toronto and Montreal on May 1 and 2, respectively.
According to a press release, concertgoers can expect Miike Snow to "relay their anthemic and haunting hybrid of pop, dance and electronic music into a transcendental live experience that drives audiences into dance-fuelled overdrive."
