Migos Reveal 'CULTURE II' Release Date, Tease "Culture National Anthem"
They paired the teaser with some MLK Day visuals
Published Jan 15, 2018January 15 marks the birthday of American civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr., and to mark the federal holiday in their home country, Migos have shared a snippet of new music ahead of announcing their CULTURE II album.
UPDATE (1/16. 11 a.m. EST): Migos have now confirmed the release date of CULTURE II, which will be next week on January 26.
Taking to Instagram, the Atlanta group teased a new track alongside some black and white footage of Martin Luther King Jr. "CULTURE NATIONAL ANTHEM HAPP [sic] BDAY MLK," they wrote in the caption, before reminding listeners that "CULTURE II [on the way]."
Over a bit of airy production, Quavo sings that "we don't need stripes / 'cause we've got bright stars," while also working in bars concerning dividing society, breaking chains and Colin Kaepernick's iconic kneeling protest of the United States national anthem.

Culture II is set to follow Migos' C U L T U R E LP, which arrived last year. Ahead of any new album news, the trio have shared new singles "MotorSport" and "Stir Fry."
