Atlanta trio Migos have helped shape modern rap with their rapid-fire triplets and distinct sound. And while they've managed to crank out a large batch of top-notch mixtapes, they're finally sharing details about their debut album.
The release is called Y.R.N.: The Album, and according to a new interview with The FADER, it'll finally see the light of day on June 16 via Quality Control Music/300.
In the interview, the group's Offset described the album as "a whole bunch of flavour in one bowl." Quavo added that it sees them perfecting what many have called the Migos flow. "We gonna master the flow on YRN Tha Album," he said, adding, "We got some throwback shit, like some '80s lines and raps."
In addition to the three Migos, Y.R.N. will feature Lil Wayne, Meek Mill and Chris Brown, as well as production from DJ Mustard, Zaytoven, TM88 and others.
